Stay at home dad

hi, I'm Cameron. I am a 52-year-old stay-at-home dad. I need to lose about 20 lbs to reach a good weight.


  • If you want to lose weight, you have to be very careful with your diet. You have to make a fixed healthy shopping list and not eat bread, extra sweets. It would be perfect to do some exercises that will develop muscles. In the current pandemic situation, it is pretty dangerous to go to a gym or sports anyway. But you can request support from so that a person can come to help you and exercise with you at least twice a week.
